Double room was perfect and impressive with chic decoration. Extras like a private safe, central heating and an iron were appreciated. Complimentary drinks at terrace bar, exceptional service. Besides, I parked opposite the property. The location of the hotel was magnificent and brilliant - approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Corn Exchange. The staff were pleasant, setting is in 5 minutes' walk to downtown.

The attentive staff surprised us with chocolates and a thoughtful birthday note. Delicious dining in the restaurant complemented the experience, and the bar's relaxed vibe was a perfect getaway each evening. Stayed at dakota for 2 nights and it was amazin! The executive suite was super comfy and really clean. Staff were kinda. Even tho the terrace wasn't open for brunch, they made it happen for us, really nice. We had a great time and def wanna come back!
the only downside was the parking was kinda pricey and the morning calls i asked for only happened once.

I spent two nights in an Executive Suite at the Dakota and loved it! The room felt luxurious with sleek decor and comfortable amenities. The staff? Truly really good. They went out of their way to. When I mentioned I wanted to enjoy brunch on the terrace, even though it was technically closed, they arranged for it anyway. The location couldn't be better-just a quick five-minute walk from the train station. I appreciated the cleanliness and how cozy the bed was. The only issue was the pricey parking and I noticed that the morning calls I requested only got honored once . Everything else, definitely planning to return!

The location was perfect, just a short walk from a charming local area with lovely restaurants and shops. The rooms were gorgeous, and we were thrilled to be able to bring our precious dog along too.
For dads, it would be great if the hotel offered a more family-friendly dining menu.
